Apple sued for patent infringement of online digital media distribution

Atlanta-based ZapMedia Services Inc. has filed a complaint against Apple for violating its patents. The company alleges that Apple’s iTunes online music store and the iPod music player are using illegal methods for online distribution of digital media.
Here comes another case of exploding gadgets caused by overheating battery chargers. This time it has been reported that an iPod Nano in Japan started sparking while being recharged.
